Thetsy is a platform that connects licensed mental health professionals with individuals seeking mental wellness resources. We provide a marketplace for therapists to create, share, and sell educational content and resources. Thetsy does not provide therapy or clinical services directly.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Therapist Requirements

Therapists using Thetsy to offer content or services must:

  • Be licensed mental health professionals in good standing in their jurisdiction.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.
  • Ensure that all content created is accurate, evidence-based, and professionally appropriate.
  • Clearly communicate the educational nature of resources and distinguish them from direct clinical services.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services or content:

  • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.
  • Therapists will receive payment according to the payment schedule outlined in their agreement with Thetsy, minus applicable platform fees.
  • Refund policies are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thetsy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Content created by therapists remains their intellectual property, subject to the license granted to Thetsy to display and distribute such content through the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THETSY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THETSY DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THETSY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
